Information relating to your proposal

In order for a speedy decision on your finance requirements we are required to gather relevant information detailed below.

• Business Customers :

  Please return the form along with:

  1. The last set of Accounts for the Company. The Accounts must be complete with every page including all the notes. If more than 18 months old they must be accompanied by Current Management Accounts preferably endorsed by your accountant.
     
  2. A copy of a utility bill (Council Tax, Water, Electric, Gas or Land line phone bill, not mobile phone or credit card) dated within the last 6 weeks; proof of identity must be dated within 12 weeks at the time of vehicle delivery.
     
  3. Copies of the last 3 months Bank Statements
     
  4. A photocopy of a Directors driving licence, if a photocard both card and paper copy is needed. To ensure legibility please enlarge the copy of the card. If you have the old style paper licence please also provide a photocopy of your passport photo page, if your driving licence is not for your current address we must have a further proof of identity i.e. a copy of a utility bill.
     
  5. If a Director is guaranteeing the contract we will also need a copy of a utility bill for the Director.

 

• Personal Customers :

  Please return the form along with:

  1. A photocopy of your driving licence, if a photocard both card and paper copy are needed. To ensure legibility please enlarge the copy of the card. If you have the old style paper licence please also provide a photocopy of your passport photo page, if your driving licence is not for your current address we must have a further proof of identity i.e. another utility bill.
     
  2. A copy of a utility bill ( Council Tax, Water, Electric, Gas or Land line phone bill, not mobile phone or credit card) dated within the last 6 weeks, proof of identity must be dated within 12 weeks at the time of vehicle delivery.
     
  3. Bank Statements & wage slips for the last 3 months.
